Edosa is driven by the desire to raise leaders with the right mindset and attitude in our communities. He has been actively involved in leadership and organisational responsibilities from his early days and has been a part of leadership mentoring and training in various organisations over the years. He is an entrepreneur and actively involved in a few businesses including Total Perspectives.

He is a founding board member of ELIP (Equipping Leaders for Impact Project) registered in Scotland as a charity with a mandate to raise young leaders in developing countries, using a structured leadership curriculum.

With over 16 years background in the Oil and Gas industry, Edosa brings a wealth of experience in operations and business development to the team. He is married and blessed with three boys.

Niyi Adebayo

Niyi is passionate about transforming people, organisations and communities through intentional leadership development and forming strategic networks. He has been involved with the EQUIP leadership initiative in Scotland since 2010. In addition, he was a founding board member of EQUIP UK . He is a Global Partner with EQUIP and a frequent speaker at the EQUIP Million Leaders Mandate conferences.

He has the heart of raising leaders who would impact future generations and he pursues the goal heartily and vigorously. Niyi brings a wealth of experience in developing teams, organisational leadership and leadership coaching.

He is the Coordinator of ELIP (Equipping Leaders for Impact Project) registered in Scotland as a charity with a mandate to raise young leaders in developing countries, using a structured leadership curriculum.

Niyi  is a Certified Professional Coach. Niyi is married with 3 children.

Sarah Downs

Business Development Consultant

Sarah is a creative, persistent business development professional. She enjoys nothing more than to nurture relationships to develop opportunities for all concerned.

She has extensive experience in putting together marketing strategies that helped businesses to fulfil their potential. Having originally trained and worked as a Trauma Nurse, she’s an excellent listener, skilled at building trusting relationships, and has an enthusiastic yet unflappable approach.

Sarah has an extensive and proven track record of achieving and exceeding her targets which include; connecting us with senior level decision makers and businesses.

Bill Partington

Leadership Advisor

Bill started off with a career in sales, following this, he took up the call as an itinerant preacher in the UK, India and the Philippines. He started volunteering for UCB in 1994 and later went on to hold several responsibilities including Promotions Manager, Corporate and Ministry Relations Manager, Head of Ministry, Executive Assistant to the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Head of Strategic Ministry Relations (where his primary responsibility was to build and maintain the relational links between UCB and key national and international ministries and leaders) He now heads up the development of UCB affiliated ministries around the world.

Bill is also a founding board member of EQUIP UK, a John Maxwell global leadership development initiative. Bill brings a wealth of leadership experience in his advisory role, to the team.

Bill and his wife, Therese, have been married for 35 years and they have two sons, one daughter, one granddaughter and one grandson.

Saji Ijiyemi

Every year, he hosts Leadercast Baltimore, an annual leadership development conference that brings business and community leaders together to learn and lead better.

Raised in Africa, schooled in Europe, and serving in the United States, Saji brings a global perspective to leadership development and training.

He has appeared on syndicated radio and TV, including the New York-based Sahara TV and Baltimore-based Fox 45. He lives in Baltimore Maryland with his three children.

Besides his expertise in leadership development, he is also an information management consultant with the U.S. National Institute of Health (NIH) where he is helping to enhance people’s health and reduce illness and disability using electronic document and records management systems.
